Greets all,

I’m in New Orleans at the SANS Encryption & DLP conference giving a talk titled “Poor Man’s Data Leak Prevention”. I promised the attendees a copy of the slides, so here ya go.

Right now I am sitting through your presentation. You have rekindled my interest in building an open source based DLP as a proof of concept for our public cloud computing environment before we seriously invest in a commercial DLP product.

    Hey Sanjay,

Coolness! As I mentioned at the end of my talk, I see this as one of the many benefits of open source. I think that trying to do it yourself, even if you don’t stick with the solution long term, puts you in a much better position to evaluate your commercial options.
